Subtle oak influence and gentle handling of the wine in the winery has allowed the vineyard and regional characters to show through. Petit Verdot lends a lovely fragrance to the wine which entices you, and the cabernet component has given the finish of this wine a great structure, which matches perfectly with food, making this wine an ideal accompaniment for a long lunch, or even longer dinner. Our Shiraz just keeps getting better! The ideal ripening conditions of Vintage 2006 allowed for intense colour and flavour development. This was captured in the winery with gentle handling, and over 2 years maturation in oak. This full bodied wine is full of flavour with hints of berries, plums, aromatic spice and a luscious finish. Enjoy.

KI Springs Road 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
This is the first single Cabernet Sauvignon from our vineyard, matured for over 2 years in older French and American oak. This has given full palate with rich chewy tannins and a lovely balance of classic herbaceous cabernet flavour, chocolate, spice and mint. Enjoy.
